Introducing ARxolotls, the first 3D, AR and VR NFT Project on Solana — supported by an amazing development team looking to set the new standard of NFTs.

The ARxolotl team wanted to bring something new and exciting to the NFT market, and having team members who have worked within the Augmented Reality (AR) space before allowed us to come up a new idea — NFTs in AR!

We wanted to bring something extra to the space, after some thought it was decided that interactivity with NFT’s was lacking and this was an element we could assist with to help speed up the mainstream adoption. Fortunately Reece our co-founder had brothers with both experience in AR/VR and 3D modelling, so after a few discussions they were added to the team and ARxolotls were born!

As stated above interactivity is key and makes up the bulk of our utility. As such, you will be able to meet and interact with your ARxolotls in both AR and VR, as well as embody them in your chosen Metaverse. More in depth explanation and further utility will be outlined below.

The team also made District3 to make the tech behind viewing NFTs in AR available to the wider community. Preview partnered collections and see their models in AR here. More information available soon!

We are excited to announce that we’ve sold out our presale and will be releasing on Magic Eden launchpad on 17th January 2022.

The price will remain at 1 SOL for all mints and every Grape Protocol verified holder will be able to participate in votes concerning the community wallet funds.

Presale ARxolotls will have some exclusive traits that get swapped out for the full release and each Presale ARxolotl held will count as two entries into the ARxolottery (more on that later) and any major future giveaways.

All ARxolotls will be available in AR/VR and for use in the metaverse as an avatar shortly after full release.

What is an ARxolotl?

Each ARxolotl NFT will be unique (no duplicates) and comes with:

Their own name
A 2D render of their ARxolotl model (good for pfp)
The 3D model to be accessed in AR/VR and Metaverse
AI generated backstory and personality based on their traits

Utility

The utility of ARxolotls is split into two sections, interactivity and rewards for holders.

Interactivity

First and foremost ARxolotls are about increasing ways in which you can interact with your NFTs, as opposed to being a trophy you keep in your wallet. As stated above, through District3, you will be able to view your own and others’ ARxolotls in AR/VR from your phone.

To give a brief idea of how this will work:

Connect your wallet in browser on laptop/desktop
Generate a QR code to scan on your phone
Get redirected to a link where you can view valid* NFTs in your wallet
Bookmark and share the link!

NFT collections need to go through District3 to ensure their metadata conforms to our standard and their models will be faithfully represented in AR/VR.

ARxolotl in Augmented Reality— Credit Nabi

Looking to the future there will be a standalone app that is more powerful, can view many NFTs at once, more animations, etc.

We are currently working on rigging and animations for our ARxolotls so that you can embody your own ARxolotl in the metaverse.

Community Wallet

The ARxolotl Community Wallet will act in a similar nature to a Distributed Autonomous Organisation (DAO), which will offer extended benefits and voting privileges to all holders.

The Community Wallet will empower ARxolotol holders (Verified by Grape Protocol) to submit proposals, and all holders will be able to vote on utilisation of the fund allocation.

The use of the community wallet will allow the community to collaborate and assist in the direction of the project to achieve success for the ARxolotl participants.

Each ARxolotl Holder is qualified for one vote — Verified by Grape Protocol, and Monitored by the ARxolotl staff.

ARxolottery

Another exciting holder benefit is the ARxolottery.

The first ARxolottery will run shortly after the Pre-Sale, and again after the Public Sale is completed.

We will initiate the two ARxolottery’s with $6,500 of prizes, including SOL, ARxolotls and other NFTs.

Post Public Sale: Public Sale ARxolottery — $5,000 in Prizes

Through District3, the team will have access to various collections and will occasionally be able to contribute NFTs from new partnerships and their collections.

ARxolottery Rules

You can only win one prize per giveaway
5 prizes will be selected, from most to least valuable (1st selection wins the largest price)
Presale ARxolotls are worth two entries each
8 ARxolotl will equal 8 entries — 25% Diminishing returns for each additional ARxolotl held over 8 (9 ARxolotls held equals 8.75 entries, 10 held equals 9.3 entries)

The ARxolotl Holders will have influence over the distribution, and continuity of the ARxolottery post the initial two lotteries have been drawn.

ARxolotl Charity

The team at ARxolotl want to make a difference!

With less than 1,000 Axolotl’s left in the wild, time is running out to save these salamanders.

We’re donating $2,000 initially from the Pre-Sale Funds and running a Charity Auction in Discord on January the 7th!

We’re creating a unique trait for three ARxolotls which will be auctioned off. All proceeds raised from the Charity Auction will be donated!

One selected by the ARxolotl team

In addition, a second Charity Auction and Donation will occur after the Public Sale with an additional 2% of Public Sale Commission, and 5% of Secondary Sale Commission.
